Another gourmet nerdy food gift request. :-) Rancho Gordo in California grows heirloom beans and has lots of rare varieties. I'd like to try 1 or 2 or 3 packages (please not all of them, that would be too many!). Here are some of the varieties I'm interested in: Borlotti Lamon, Christmas Lima Bean, Marcella Bean, Mayocoba Bean, Royal Corona Bean, and Snowcap Bean. What's in stock changes pretty often, so any of these would be great, and probably any others they sell would be great too.

Listing this a second time because a 2nd gift certificate would give us a 2nd show! We love going to the Dr. Phillips Center, especially their smallest venue, Judson's Live, for jazz. Ticket prices are usually pretty reasonable, so a $50 gift certificate would cover Michele & Joel for a show. Gift certificates can be purchased online or at the box office in downtown Orlando. Online would be much easier! $50

Anson Mills in South Carolina grows heirloom variety beans and grains. I got some for Christmas a couple years back, and would love some more. The minimum order is 4 packages. My 4 picks are Carolina Gold Rice, Farro Medio, Farro Piccolo, Sea Island Red Peas, or maybe one of their fancy bread or pizza flours. It all looks so yummy!

We use a big calendar at the cabin to keep track of our projects, hikes, visitors, and other mountain adventures, and like this one because the squares for each day are extra large with room to write details. We need a new one for the new year. Amazon $13

Shave ice attachment for KitchenAid mixer

It would be fun to make shave ice at home. Amazon has a bunch of options, and the prices vary wildly. Here are a few that look good: Mokoart , FOCOllk , Jooke , Cofun Anything similar to these with blades, cups to freeze the ice, and good reviews would work. Please don't pay more than $30-40 for this, I don't think I'd use it enough to make it worth more than that.

I recently read about the awful ingredients in black plastic kitchen utensils, and now I want a new silicone basting brush in white. This one at Amazon looks great and is only $8. Another brush would work, too, it just needs to be white silicone and dishwasher safe.
